Menu Planning [Tuesday]: March 16-22


I had a nice, long, 4-day weekend, so that's why I have not posted in a while, and you are getting your reader barraged by posts today! Here's this week's Menu Plan!
Breakfasts:
~Oatmeal
~Bananas
~Fruit Parfaits
Lunches:
~Lean Cusines
~Apple with low-fat peanut butter
Dinners:
~Grilled chicken kabobs with brown rice
~Spaghetti with meatsauce
~Grilled steak and potatoes
Creative? Nope...I was in a funk this weekend because of the rain and my brain just was not functioning correctly. I am very happy to see sunshine outside, even if I am stuck in my cube all day...

Don't feel bad. I eat Lean Cuisines on a very regular basis. While I like to cook dinner, I don't want to put that much thought into lunch- I like that I can nuke a Lean Cuisine and have a banana or some carrots and hummus and that's it! (Plus I really do love their pizzas...)
